First Saturday Group


*Please note: There will be no First Saturday Program in September.
The next First Saturday Program will be held on October 2nd.

First Saturday is a monthly group for young adults with spina bifida. The meetings are held at Anixter Village, an independent living facility designed for and managed by young adults with spina bifida.

In the past, First Saturday events have been centered on activities like an adapted sailing adventure and a strengthening exercise program.
